You both go to shows on weeknights, and you both think the best meal you have ever eaten cost under ten dollars.
“What’s the best cheap meal you’ve ever had, and where were you?”
A dating app that does the hard part
Fall For introduces you to one person at a time, tells you honestly why the two of you might work, and writes the first message — so you never sit there staring at a blank screen.

You both go to shows on weeknights, and you both think the best meal you have ever eaten cost under ten dollars.
“What’s the best cheap meal you’ve ever had, and where were you?”
You swipe for twenty minutes, match with someone, and then nothing happens — because now one of you has to think of something to say, and “hey” isn’t it. Most matches die right there, in a conversation neither person knew how to start.
Fall For is built around that moment. You get one person at a time, a real reason the two of you might get on, and a first message already written. You can send it, change it, or ask for a different one.
How it works
No swipe deck. The app hands you a person, the first message — and another one any time the conversation stalls.
One person at a time, within the distance you set, who’s looking for what you’re looking for. Not a grid of faces to sort through at eleven at night.
An honest reason the two of you might work, and a question worth answering, chosen for you both. Not a mystery algorithm and a blank message box.
When it slows down, ask for another question. Use one, use ten, or ignore them entirely once it takes off. You’re the one talking — you just never have to wonder what to say next.
The point isn’t more time on the app
You can learn more about a person in ten minutes of real conversation than in an hour of reading profiles, and everyone knows it. Fall For isn’t built to keep you browsing — it’s built to get you talking to one person properly, and then out of the way.

Why it matters
The Harvard Study of Adult Development has followed people’s lives since 1938. One of its clearest findings is remarkably simple: good relationships keep us happier and healthier — relationship satisfaction predicted who would be thriving decades later better than almost anything else they measured.
We built Fall For because something that important shouldn’t come down to who had the best photos.

Good questions
The short version: it’s free, it’s 18+, and you’ll never be left staring at a blank message box.
There’s no swipe deck. Instead of handing you a stack of profiles, Fall For introduces you to one person at a time, tells you why it thinks you two might work, and writes the opening message for you. You can send it as-is, rewrite it, or ask for a different one.
Yes. You set how far you’re willing to look, and introductions stay within it. You’ll see roughly how far away someone is — never where they are.
We store it deliberately roughly — rounded to about a kilometre — and we never send a coordinate or an exact distance to anyone else’s phone. All another person ever sees is a band, like “under 5 miles.” That’s on purpose: precise distances can be used to work out where someone lives.
By who you’re looking to meet, your age range, how far you’re willing to look, and what the two of you have in common. Every introduction comes with an honest reason, so you can see the thinking rather than trust a score.
That’s the whole point. Every introduction arrives with a question worth answering, picked for the two of you. If it’s not right, ask for another — there’s no limit, and the other person can swap it too.
No. Meeting up is only ever the two of you deciding to. You can stay in the conversation as long as you like.
The app is free to use, and there are no ads.
Adults only — you must be 18 or over.
Fall For is launching on iOS and Android shortly. It’s for adults (18+), free, and ad-free. Want to know when it’s out? Email hello@fallfor.app.
